Savannah Guthrie posted an emotional video to Instagram on July 27, appealing for help finding her mother Nancy Guthrie, 84, who disappeared nearly six months ago. The Today show host, 54, said her family is in agony and living in a nightmare that will not end. She appeared to address anyone with knowledge of her mother's whereabouts directly, saying she was begging them to do the right thing and help bring the situation to an end.

Nancy Guthrie was last seen on Jan. 31 after returning home from a family game night and was reported missing on Feb. 1. Investigators in Arizona believe she was taken from her Tucson home against her will. In February, the FBI released images of a suspect appearing to tamper with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door before her disappearance, described as a man approximately 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with an average build wearing a black Ozark Trail Hiker Pack backpack. No arrests have been made.

The FBI is offering a reward of $100,000 for information leading to Nancy Guthrie's recovery or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance. The Guthrie family has also offered their own reward of $1 million. Monday's post marks Savannah's first major public appeal regarding her mother since June 23, when she gave a teary address during her NBC show.
