Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Knowflo, a private beta service operated by Live Link Entertainment LLC, located at 301 Broadway, Suite M100, Bethlehem, PA.

Private beta access

  • Knowflo is currently available only to invited users with a valid access code or other approved beta access.
  • You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse an access code.
  • We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Use of Knowflo

  • Knowflo provides personalized audio briefings based on topics, teams, places, sources, and interests you choose.
  • You may use Knowflo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected systems, reverse engineer the service, or use Knowflo to violate the rights of others.

News and generated content

  • Knowflo may use automated systems and third-party services to retrieve, rank, summarize, generate, and narrate briefing content.
  • Briefings may contain errors, omissions, delays, or incomplete information.
  • Knowflo is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.

Beta changes

  • Knowflo is in active development. Features, availability, pricing, access, and data handling may change during the beta.
  • We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Ownership

  • Knowflo, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and generated product experience, is owned by Live Link Entertainment LLC or its licensors.
  • You retain any rights you have in the preferences, feedback, and materials you provide, but you grant us permission to use them to operate, improve, and support Knowflo.

Limitation of liability

  • Knowflo is provided during beta on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Link Entertainment LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of Knowflo after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
